The admission process of International students applying to study at University of Mazandaran
Greetings and Regards
Respectful applicants, send your registration request along with documents and complete the attached Excel file to the email address: admission@umz.ac.ir to apply to continue studying at University of Mazandaran for the first semester of academic year in 2025. It is reminded that the deadline for registration is August 16, 2025.
After the mentioned date, applications for Bachelor's degree, Master's degree and Ph.D will be reviewed in the following order:
- Bachelor's and Master's degrees:
1- Initial review of registration request and documents from february 22, 2025;
2- Initial approval of the admission office via email;
 3- Register in Saorg system by applicants and receive the Saorg code as soon as the applicant receives the initial confirmation email;
4- Approval of consular affairs and obtaining a code without hindrance
 5- Introduce to education office to register in the Golestan system, pay tuition and obtain a student number
- PHD:
1- Initial review of registration and documents
2- Preliminary approval of the admission office
3- Sending the documents of the applicants to the relevant faculties to conduct an interview and review the case
4- The deadline for announcing the final results of PhD applicants by the respective faculties until
5- Registering in Saorg system and receiving Saorg code from September 1st, 2024;
6- Confirmation of consular affairs and obtaining the code without hindrance
7- Introduce to education office to register in the Golestan system, pay tuition and obtain a student number
*The documents include a scan of the personal photo, the first page of the passport, all educational certificates and transcripts of previous courses, Persian and English language certificates if available, resumes for PhD applicants and other research documents.

The Admission process of non-Iranian students applying to study in University of Mazandaran

Respectful agents, for the registration of international applicants to continue their studies in University of Mazandaran for the semester of Mehr 1403, the names of the applicants along with the documents in the format of a file categorized by the name of the person, grade level, field and subfield requested and completing the attached Excel file should be delivered to the international admission unit via Flash.
Also, it is reminded that the deadline for registering is August 16, 2025.
After the mentioned date, applications for bachelor's degree, master's degree and PHD will be reviewed in the following order:

 Bachelor's and Master's level:

4- The deadline for final results announcement of PhD applicants by the relevant faculties is
